Howard (Scotty) Flink Chairman & Director International Operations
Scotty offers a broad knowledge of RF/optical communications and logistic support through his extensive military and telecommunications experience. He began his military career in 1954, became a member of the reserves in 1972, and retired as a Major General of the Army of the United States in 1992. He has held various command and advisory positions including electronics and logistics.
Scotty's private industry experience includes international sales and technical consulting for PPMI, General Instruments 'Jerrold', GULF COAST Communications, Corning-Gilbert and Aurora Networks, as well as served on the Board of Directors of several companies. In the late 90s, he served as telecommunications advisor to the Hon. William J. Crowe, Jr., US Ambassador to the Court of St. James. Scotty is a Fellow of the Cable Pioneers, a Pioneer of the Cable Television Telecommunications Engineers UK (SCTE UK), and a Fellow of the Western Society of Cable Television Engineers (Canada). He is also a member of the Precision Measurement Association of America.

Dr. Qureshi offers clients in-depth business knowledge and contacts in Pakistan, South Africa, UAE, and Mauritius. He managed a Software Network company, importing computer software from India and Pakistan and hardware from China & Taiwan to South Africa from 1998 to 2003.
Through his vast experience practicing psychiatry for over ten years in various hospitals and medical facilities in the UK, South Africa & Pakistan, he is a valuable resource in HR aspect of any undertaking.

Dr. Gomelsky has over 25 years experience. He holds a Doctorate in Eletrical Engineering specializing in Electromagnetic and Minors in Computer Network, and Optimal Control.
He is experienced with software engineering, embedded programming, and networking. He is knowledgeable of all facets of software lifecycle from initial design and planning through final delivery.
He has been a consultant/worked for Boeing, Pacific Softworks, Raytheon, GenCorp Aerojet, SAIC, Ascom Timeplex, Allied Bendix, Aerospace and NASA.
